GPT-6 on ARC-AGI-3 scores 62.7% without a harness and 99.9% with one. Choosing or building the harness now matters more than fine-tuning the model.

Spoke at a developer event on what is actually inside an agent harness: how the architecture fits together, and how it can improve itself. The harness is the layer that turns “answers questions” into “gets work done”.
