Agentic harness design: tools, memory, control flow, evaluation

An LLM is not a system. The harness around it is: the tools it may call, the memory it is allowed to keep, the control flow that decides when it stops, and the evaluation that tells you whether any of it worked. This talk walks through the harness patterns behind production agents I have shipped for government and enterprise, including the failure modes that only show up after launch, and what to build first when you have one engineer and one month.
